A 50% deposit secures your booking. Then we bring the food, fire, and hospitality to your gathering.
Before You Book
What is the minimum?
Private dinners require at least 8 guests and a $1,500 minimum spend. A 20% service gratuity and applicable sales tax apply.
How far ahead should I inquire?
We prefer at least two weeks’ notice. Share your date and we’ll confirm availability.
What are the deposit and cancellation terms?
A 50% deposit is required. The deposit is nonrefundable if you cancel.
What does my kitchen need?
We need an oven and range. Outdoor space to set up a grill is ideal; tell us about your space when you inquire.
Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate most dietary needs. Please share allergies and restrictions before booking so we can confirm a suitable menu.
Do you travel?
Yes. We serve Austin and the Hill Country and travel for private events. Include your location in your inquiry so we can discuss the details.
